In a powerful discussion with the women at the forefront of Hollywood's Time's Up campaign,family Archives Oprah Winfrey asked where we go from here in terms of combating sexism in entertainment and beyond. Winfrey asked the panel pressing questions, including about Dylan Farrow and her accused abuser, Woody Allen.

"We have to maintain the momentum of this conversation because they can't," said Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy. "It's not only in what we're doing with a group like Time's Up, but it's in the content we're creating, the conversations we're having. We have to continue this work because we do have the spotlight."
Winfrey brought up a series of tweets posted before the Golden Globes by Dylan Farrow, who questioned whether time really was up for men who have abused their power (in 2014, Woody Allen received the Cecil B. Demille Award, which Oprah received this year). Is time really up?
"I hope so," said Shonda Rimes.

"We're humans; we're allhumans," said Natalie Portman. "And I think it's treating people as fellow humans …it's not because you have a daughter that you respect a woman, it's not because you have a wife or a sister, it's because we're human beings, whether we're related to a man or not. We deserve the same respect. We have an instinct about how to treat our fellow human beings."
