That's father and son, 15 years apart, feeding the same crocodile in the same location (the Australia Zoo crocodile show) with the same pose. Steve Irwin worked for many years at the zoo and Robert and the rest of the Irwin family, including Robert's sister Bindi and mom Terri, continue to work there.
Though they were young when Steve died, Robert and Bindi have continued to carry Steve's legacy forward, alongside Terri.
