In the profile photo, which is a group-shot, Kayla has Photoshopped her face on every single one of her friend's bodies. And it's kind of a genius move.
Not only is this a great way to avoid confusion, but it also shows that Kayla is creative, has a lot of friends, and a great sense of humor.
She seems like the complete package.
So the next time you look really hot in a group photo, no need to crop anyone out. But it might be time to brush up on your photo-editing skills.
