Nintendo’s next-generation console,China Archives the Switch 2, is launching globally with a retail price of RMB 3,889 ($539) in China today. According to the latest data from Chinese e-commerce platform JD.com, pre-orders for the Switch 2 in China have exceeded 400,000, making it the most anticipated gaming console among consumers in recent weeks. Compared to the original model, the Switch 2 boasts a larger 7.9-inch display (up from 6.2 inches), supporting 1080p resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, Variable Refresh Rate (VRR), and High Dynamic Range (HDR) for smoother and more vibrant visuals.
