977 ArchivesFBI in August reportedly arrested a contractor for the NSA who allegedly took classified information -- including what could be sensitive computer code that has been used to breach the security systems of other companies.
The arrest came to light on Wednesday in a report from the New York Times, which also said that the person accused had worked for Booz Allen Hamilton, the same company that employed Edward Snowden when he stole a series of security documents that he would then leak to journalists. The complaint can be found at the bottom of this post.
The contractor, Harold Thomas Martin III, was accused in a criminal complaint of having possession of "highly classified information" including "hard copy documents and digital information stored on various devices and removable digital media."

The complaint does not allege that Martin leaked any of the material.
