A vacation getaway007 Archivesalways a welcome relief after a long, stressful year, and nothing says relaxation like a cuddle with an adorable little dachshund in need.
Joe and Kelly Landgraf of Marcellus, Michigan, are making the world a cuter place by offering a combination dog rescue/vacation home for dog lovers and dogs in need of homes.
The couple's cabins -- Hotdog Hideaway and The Long Dog Retreat -- let guests enjoy the great outdoors while bonding with the couple's foster dachshunds.
Though the couple has been renting the spaces for over 20 years, their dog rescue is relatively new. Per their Airbnb listing, for $5 a day guests can foster a pup overnight in their cabin. They'll even waive the $5 fee if guests bathe, walk, and groom their new vacation pal.
Of course, this could also be seen as a pretty clever scam to get people to look after your dogs, but hey.
The cabins are only open from May to October, but soon will be open all year round. Plan your delightful, pup-filled getaway accordingly.
