It's not the most practical mode of transportation but right now it's the only option in Fortnite.Until now, the only way to get around has been on foot — unless you count balancing yourself on top of an imminently exploding rocket.
Despite the fact that it's a shopping cart, it seems to give players a bit of an advantage with improved speed and mobility, especially when paired with a gatling gun.

If there are more vehicles coming to Fortnite, expect more additions like this shopping cart. Adding drivable cars or motorcycles (outside of special, limited-time modes) would shift the balance of the game too much.
