"I just ordered five of your extension packs including the pride pack," Kait Johnson messaged the company recently. "I have a silly question, I really wanted glitter with my pride pack but it was unavailable; is there any way you could send me just a shit ton of glitter?"

She shared the resulting, glorious exchange in a 16-photo strong Facebook album.

Okay -- let's break that album down, one step at a time.

It all started with Johnson's original message.

A short while later the following -- fairly ominous -- reply came through.

Needless to say, they weren't lying. Days later, Johnson received a delivery.

At this point, Johnson made a terrible mistake. She sent the Cards Against Humanity representative another email.

This elicited the following -- significantly more ominous -- response.

This time, it wasn't just a small package that came through in the post. It was a very large box.
