Chance the Rapper will be Watch Midhuntertaking over Saturday Night Live on Oct. 26, as both the musical guest and host of Season 45's fourth episode.
In doing so, Chance will become the 27th person to ever pull "double-duty" on SNL. He has previously appeared as a musical guest twice, and hosted once.
"Since I was a shorty, I wanted to join the short list of talents who pulled #doubleduty at @nbcsnl," the rapper posted to Instagram following the announcement. "I'm finally doin' the whole shebang!! Thank you Donald Glover and Drake who came before me and MC Hammer who helped me realize this dream as a child!! Thank you Lorne and everyone at 8H!! Prepare for the show of a lifetime."

The Big Day, Chance's latest album, debuted in July. He is set to go on tour in early 2020.
