Chiquito,Philippines Archives a sweet Chihuahua who ran away from home during a birthday party in 2012, has finally been reunited with his family, the Martinezes.
The Chicago Police Department received a tip Tuesday evening that a tiny dog was wandering alone on the street in the city's Calumet neighborhood. When authorities checked the dog's microchip, they contacted the Martinezes, and sure enough, the wandering fellow was Chiquito.

The family, of course, was thrilled to see the beloved pup again. We're sure they forgave him for bolting — birthday parties can be stressful, especially if you are a dog.
Welcome home, Chiquito.
