An Australian man with an empty beer carton on his head has been filmed attempting to block the window of a police car, apparently near Tamworth, that was detecting speeding drivers.

A Roads and Maritime Services spokesperson told the Newcastle Heraldthat it has knowledge of the incident, and that it is investigating.
